凌晨抵達，酒店高速告訴我沒有房間了，我可是提前兩個月預訂的。酒店經理説，當天嘗試了聯繫我，可是我什麼電話也沒有接到。溝通後，給了一間一床房，我預訂的是兩床房。當晚和訂房網站協商後，免了第一晚的住宿。 酒店位置較好，位於華麗一英里區域。15層有個酒水吧枱，可以休息吃飯。房間還比較大，床軟，有浴缸。

酒店15樓前台大廳超高超大，房間寬敞明亮，床上用品親膚柔軟舒適，窗外可俯瞰橫跨芝加哥河兩岸的五座鐵橋及兩岸寫滿故事的建築群，一窺這座百年工業老城的雄姿…，唯一缺陷是淋浴設備出水量太小！

Hotel was pretty good. A few little annoyances, but these were made up for by the great location; right on the river with incredible views from the windows. It’s a bit of a mission to get to the rooms (up one elevator through the restaurant to another set of lifts and up again). Despite the 3 elevators from the ground floor up to the 15th reception, they took ages. It’s as if only one of the worked and it’s a direct lift! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard with run-of-the-mill offerings - it’s quite a walk to the tables from the buffet area so you get you steps in. Room was pretty good - though it was a good 6-7 minutes for the hot water to run through to the shower. I arrived back one evening to discover the hadn’t made up my room, which was no big deal. What would they have done really other than make the bed. I also had a good 10 minute wait to get by bags which were being held for crud day. It seems only the bellman has a key and he was off attending other guests. All in all it was a good stay and the location alone was worth it.

酒店位置很好。在市中心很便利。酒店客房打掃也比較乾淨。 早餐一般。服務人員態度很差，而且強行索要小費。早餐剛開始吃，就來要小費，吃到一半又來，問信用卡付還是現金付款。吃一頓早餐不停被打斷。以後不會在這家酒店訂含早餐的房間了。體驗太差了

Location is good with a beautiful view. Just a heads up bring your own slipper and dental kit and drinking water because they don’t have complimentary of such. Overall we had a great sleep and we enjoyed our stay.
